| Altar: Dress the altar up
with a white cloth and as many white candles as you like.
For the act of power you may want to use candles in the chakra colors, when you don´t have these candles available visualise the colors as bright lights in these colors during the act of power. Please all clear and release and let me know when you are ready. Shift of Consciousness: Sit comfortable and breathe in and out in a relaxed way. Visualise walking into a forrest while you enjoy the surroundings. While walking you see a tree that attracts your attention. You walk towards it and when you get there you lean against it with your back. You feel the energy of the tree, it is sturdy and powerful and peaceful. While you lean against the tree you let your energy melt into the tree and become the tree. You move your energy down through the roots into the smaller roots deeper and deeper into the earth and you feel how it is to be nourished by the soil and water and you feel how well it grounds you. Relax and enjoy this feeling, let the Mother energy feed you and fill you with power. Then move back through the roots up into the tree and move higher into the branches and leaves and feel how it is to be a tree and how good it is to have the air blow through the tree top, you are the tree top and you feel how it is to be nourished with oxygen and sun. Let the Father energy fill you, light you up and fill you with power. Then gently move back down through the leaves into the branches and into the center of the tree. Feel how good it is to be balanced between the heaven and earth and be filled with energy and to be strong and powerful. Prepare for ritual by making a list with things you want to do this year. Think of creative tings, self-expressive and crafts and arts that you would like to start, enhance and expand this year. (To the right you see my altar for this Sabbat, it will be moved to the desk for ritual but this is how it is now)
Clear
and release all excess energy
Shift
of Consciousness:
Sit
comfortable and breathe in and out in a relaxed way. Visualise walking into a
spring garden. While you walk through the garden you use all your senses to
enjoy your surroundings. The temperature is just as you like it. Hear the birds
and the breeze, feel it gently caress your face. Look around to see what type of
garden you are in. Take in the colors and maybe you see flowers into great
detail. Enjoy it and walk on.
You
get to a clearing in the garden that has lush grass growing on it and you sit
down in the middle of it. While you sit on the grass you feel the ground
underneath you and you place your hands on the ground. The energy from the earth
flows up into your body and spine as well as into your hands and fills you
completely.
When
you are filled with this female energy you lift your face up to feel the sun
warming you. The masculine energy shines down on you as it is growing stronger
and stronger each day. You let the energy fill you so that you are in balance
just as day and night are balanced at this Sabbat. The energy balance makes you
strong and powerful for this Ostara ritual, you feel good and enjoy being
energized like this.
When
you are filled you get up and walk away from the grass, through the beautiful
garden to where you started….

we celebrate that day and night are equal. This is the time that life is
bursting forward in all directions and is a festival of the dawn and of
increasing life. Ostara is a Solar Sabbat and is sacred to the Young God, Lord
of the rising Sun and of Life. The Hero is the Champion Who overcomes all
obstacles and embodies creativity, vitality, and self expression. Ostara also
has strong feminine connotations, and is also sacred to the Maiden Goddess, she
is the Goddess of beginnings, growth, and expansion. All arts, crafts, and
sciences are sacred to Her. All
forms of inspiration, self-expression, and creativity - all things which stir
the soul or incite the mind - belong to the maiden.
Act
of Power
Relax
and breathe deeply into your belly a few times. Let a ball of golden white light
build in your heart in your heart chakra. Be aware of all others in this circle
while we all project this energy out to the middle of our circle. There it forms
a huge energy ball just in front of the God and Goddess. They hold it and
enhance it even more. While this continues to build effortlessly you bring your
attention to the list of new ventures you want to start this year.
Now
look at these items one by one and let your mind wander, allow yourself to see
the best possible outcome of this new idea. For each item on your list take up a
seed and see this outcome go into the seed and soil while you plant it in the
pot. When all are done, let me know by saying “done”
We
now focus our attention on our newly planted ideas and visualise the little pots
with our plans go into the ball of light we hold together. They form a perfect
circle and the God and Goddess stand on either side of this energy ball that
glows brightly. They shine from their heart energy rays that form a perfect

Online ritual for healing
Please all take a few deep breaths and clear your mind. I would like you to see
a forest, it’s a mature forest with a small stream gently flowing through it,
and purple flowers growing in wild bloom dotted about amongst the
trees…….you hear birds singing gently, and you can smell the pine trees as
you carefully tread your way through…..stop for a moment and feel the energies
from the trees around you, they imbue you with their ancient wisdom and solice,
you feel safe and at home here……now continue walking, until you come to a
clearing……in the centre of the clearing is a large tree stump with a circle
of trees surrounding it…….you look up and see the sun shines brightly down
onto the stump…….place your hands palm down onto the stump, and feel the
energy from the sun above bathing the top of your hands……..feel the energy
from the Earth below come through the stump into the palms of your
hands………feel the warmth of both of these energies encapsulating your whole
being, body, mind and soul……..feel refreshed and revitalised…..feel
empowered……..now raise your hands palms up to the sun…….absorb his
energy……then palms down to the Earth, and absorb her energy……when you
feel you have had your fill, and all negative energy is replaced by pure
positive healing light energy…..give thanks, and begin to carefully make your
way back out of the forest……and back out to where you came from……take a
few deep breaths, and feel relaxed and empowered and ready for ritual.
